Prices:

• Prices are given in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
• For current exchange rates, please use our Currency Conversion page or go to www.xe.com
• Australian purchases / deliveries must include Goods & Services Tax (GST).

Payment Options:

• Bank Transfer of Funds. Please contact us at sales@watchtime.com.au.
• Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard. American Express will incur additional fees to cover credit charges. Please note, we do not accept Credit Card Payments for international orders and for items over Au$1000 within Australia. To pay for items under Au$1,000 please contact us at sales@watchtime.com.au.
• Bank Cheque in Australian Dollars.  Please note, items will only be shipped once funds are cleared. Some International Cheques require 30+ days for clearance.

International Shipping:

• Express International Courier (ECI) is used in most circumstances. 
• Delivery in approx. 2-4 business days to most cities world-wide.
• On-line tracking is available and prices start from $75 for parcels up to 1kg.

Additional charges will apply to items over 1kg or in more remote locations.

• Insurance is additional & determined by the declared value of the item.
• Quotations for FedEx delivery can be provided, if you provide your delivery address.

Local Shipping:

• Failsafe Secure Courier is used in most circumstances. Courier delivery is overnight to most locations. Prices start at Au$85 for items up to 1kg. Additional charges apply to items over 1kg and to deliveries that are "out of area".
• Registered Post is available to more remote areas. Prices start from $15 for parcels up to 1kg. Insurance is additional & determined by the declared value of the item.

Returns & Warranties:

• We have a 3 day return privilege. If the item is not as described, return it for a full refund (not including return postage).
• Refunds are not available for wrong decisions or for change of mind.
• New watches (for which we are authorized agents) are sold with the manufacturer's warranty - usually 2 years & international. 
• Pre-owned watches come with our store warranty of 1 year. 
• Unrestored watches are not sold with any warranty.
• Water damage and rough handling are not covered by warranty.

Please remember that fragile vintage watches should be treated with absolute care.
