To commemorate the HURRICANE and the brave pilots who fought and fell with SWISS MILITARY have introduced a new pilot’s watch, the aptly named “HURRICANE” on this the 70th anniversary of the beginning of the Battle of Britain.

Based on our AIRFORCE I model, the HURRICANE by CX Swiss Military Watch™ is equipped with the chronometer certified ETA cal. 7750 COSC and sets a new standard in its class: the 47mm stainless steel case, highly scratch resistant due to the DLC (diamond-like) black coating houses a bezel designed as a fully functional circular slide rule and is anti-magnetic as per ISO 764. The bezel allows for all relevant aeronautical calculations. The anti-reflective sapphire crystal protects a rugged dial evoking the artificial horizon in a cockpit. The small second hand is constructed in the shape of a propeller, relentlessly churning away against the tide of time. The nanotech Swiss Made® leather strap is a new development, nearly impermeable and thus exceptionally long-lasting. The solid stainless steel buckle – also in DLC – bears the CX Swiss Military Watch™ logo and is as indestructible as the watch itself. Water-resistant to 200 meters.

20,000 FEET Silver [1945] is the world’s first and only mechanical diving watch, water resistant to an incredible 20’000 feet or 6’000 meters – certified!

Automatic COSC Movement, base ETA/Valjoux 7750.

Power Reserve: ~48 hours. Solid titanium case fitted with solid titanium bracelet, (lug-ends and links are screwed) and folding clasp with safety catch and micro-adjustment. Uni-directional rotating bezel, sporting a 60 minute graduation and SuperLuminova indices. Case has screw-down crown, screw-down pushers (indicate when unscrewed) and a scratch-proof, Domed anti-reflective sapphire crystal (10mm thick). Helium relief valve at 9. Limited edition engraving on the caseback. Case dimensions: 46mm in diameter, 28.5mm thick. Anti magnetic ISO 764.

Water-resistant to 7’500 meters (25’000 feet; 6’000 meters or 20’000 FEET & 25% safety margin according to ISO norm 6425). The Oceanographic Institute of the University of Southampton / Great Britain has successfully tested and certified the water resistance in a specialised pressure tank.

Silver dial with SuperLuminova™ in the hour markers and hands. Even the small second hand uses Superluminova™ and thus allows the diver to ensure at any time that the timepiece is still working. Chronograph registers have red surrounds, to match all the Chrono hands. Even the chronograph pushers uses red screwdown indicators!

Men's Military-style OMEGA c. 1950s. Manual-winding. Off-white dial featuring the Omega symbol at 12 o'clock, luminous arabic hours and seconds scale on the edge. Original steel dauphin hands with centre seconds. Dial has aged beautifully with some very light light spotting to the surface and the luminous material. Original steel case with screw-back (measuring  34mm) is in exceptional. Watch is fitted with the original plexi glass and crown and comes with a tan leather band (not Omega).

Men's Military-style OMEGA c. 1950s. Manual-winding. Matte-Black dial featuring the Omega symbol at 12 o'clock, arabic hours and seconds scale on the edge. Original steel hands with centre seconds. Dial is in beautiful, original condition. Luminous material in the hands and hour markings has been re-applied. Stainless-steel screw-back case measuring 35mm, has original military stamping on the back. Case-back has a few minor marks on the surface and two small marks near the edge of the case. Plexi glass and crown are in good condition. Watch is fitted with a military-type black nylon strap (not Omega).

Men's Military Issue JAEGER LeCOULTRE c. 1940s (WWII) manual-winding. Black dial with luminous hands,  arabic hours and subsidiary seconds at 6 o'clock. Dial is still in great condition with light aging of the luminous material. Original steel screw-back case (measuring  34mm) is in exceptional condition and is stamped with "281940 WWW F11266" and also has the military arrow marking. Watch comes on a kakhi fabric band (similar to original issue).

Men's Military-style CWC Chronograph. Quartz Movement. Matte-Black dial featuring the CWC symbol at 12 o'clock, luminous hands and arabic hours. Subsidiary seconds at 6 o'clock and chrono registers at 2 & 10 o'clock. Date window at 4 o'clock. Dial is in beautiful, original condition. Sandblasted steel screw-back case measuring 37mm, has original military arrow on the back including the numbers 6645-99 814-9181. Case, plexi glass, pushers and crown are all in excellent condition. Watch is fitted with a military-type grey nylon strap. Comes with the original box & instruction booklet.
