Limited Edition TAG Heuer Monaco Twenty Four. CAL5110.FC6299. 40.5mm case in Polished / Fine-brushed Steel, polished steel crown & push buttons. Beveled Sapphire Crystal glass & display case-back. Navy-blue Alligator strap and deployant clasp. Automatic TAG Calibre 36 (El Primero) COSC movement. In order to allow maximum visibility of this beautiful movement, TAG Heuer have replaced the standard oscillating weight with an innovative 3-spoke design, specially designed in the shape of a steering wheel.
TAG’s Advanced Dynamic (shock) Absorber system is designed to protect the movement in its entirety and these are finished in matching blued-steel and without a doubt are the highlight of the watch, as they allow the dial and movement to “float” inside the case.
Unique two-part see-through dial with suspended circular brushed stainless-steel section, oversize “24” at 12 position and Blue & Silver vertical stripes. Faceted steel minute & hour hands, luminescent hour markers and red central chrono hand. Recessed & divided subsidiary dials for seconds at 9h and 30-minute counter at 3h with extended orange / silver hands (red indicating the first half). Curved date aperture at 6.
The watch is in excellent condition, showing a couple of very fine marks on the case. Strap is excellent. It is sold with the complete TAG Heuer wood display box, instruction books, chronometre & warranty cards (undated). New RRP $14,950.
